We offer a twelve month limited warranty on all merchandise of our supply and on work carried out by us. Where the manufacturer offers a longer warranty then the manufacturer’s warranty applies on the goods but not on the labour content of the repair or replacement after twelve months.
Any faulty or damaged goods, at our discretion, will be replaced or refunded within 10 working days.
Notification of faulty merchandise must be advised within fourteen days of receipt of product.
